Due to the aggressive nature of the Japanese firing method called "Raku",cracks are prone to appear on some pieces. This does not depreciate the value of the work. Rather these imerfections add to the beauty of our unique pieces. Cracks can never be duplicated.

No refunds will be accepted after 10 days (post confirmation of arrival).

Damages that occur anytime after the afforementioned time period are not the resposibility of Tongue tied and its affiliates.

Once item is purchased, item should arrive between 4-10 business days depending on buyers location.
